Well my friend, consider this course your owner’s manual for using the breath well. I’ll show you how to influence your nervous system and generate your state through the breath. Whether you want to create more calm, energise your body, and mind or sleep better at night, the breath is the most critical tool you have for generating your state. You are always only a few breaths away from the way you WANT to feel.

In this 6-week LIVE course, you will:
- Discover how the way you breathe impacts your nervous system and overall wellbeing.
- Learn about the anatomy of the breath and the two most critical parts of your body that you need to be engaging with when you breathe!
- Learn how the breath shapes our mental and emotional experiences and how our mental and emotional experiences shape the breath.
- Explore ways of consciously shaping the breath to create specific effects on the nervous system and the bioenergetics of the body and mind.
- Understand how the breath can enhance and deepen your meditation and yoga practices and learn how to pair the most appropriate breathing techniques with your meditation or yoga practice.
- Learn ideal techniques for different times of day, as well as which techniques are helpful for a variety of circumstances, including anxious feelings, sadness, stagnation, anger, lethargy, etc.,
- Walk away with the confidence to use the breath to generate your state with more than 10 different techniques to use!
- Receive printable cheatsheets for all practices for you to refer to in the future.

Do I need any special equipment or experiences?
No! All are welcome. I will suggest some props for some of the practices, but they are optional.
What if I have to miss a session?
No sweat! I hope you can join us live for most of the sessions but if not, I've got you covered. You can access recordings of each session within 48 hours. You will have access to the recordings for 30 days!
