I'm a meditation junkie, writer, mama of three, and author of the book Heavily Meditated: Your Down-To-Earth Guide To Learning Meditation and Getting High On Life and creator of the Heavily Meditated App.
I've had a long road to being happy and healthy. But I see the whole thing as a great, big blessing. A boon.
My health challenges forced me to make a choice about how I wanted to feel and what I was willing to do to feel good every day. Out of pure necessity, I dove head first into wellness, wisdom, yoga and meditation - which I now have the opportunity to share with others. I hold certifications in yoga and meditation, backed by over a decade of devoted practice.
My goal is to make it easier for you to feel happy, whole and high on life. I'm here to share what I've learned along the way: the practical tools and powerful perspectives that can help you rediscover your magic, feel amazing, and plug into your full potential.
