New Year's Eve Workshop

WHAT'S ON THE MENU

Expect to balance the mind and nervous system, reconnect with your highest self, and realign with a sense of deep calm and purpose.

Step 1: PRANAYAMA, JOURNALING & KRIYA MEDITATION  

We’ll begin with pranayama to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.

Then, we'll pause for a bit of journaling and reflection.

From there, we'll wipe the slate clean using a very powerful kriya meditation for transforming and alchemizing negativity, clearing out any residual negativity, anxiety or stress from the last year so that you can feel free to start fresh. This practice allows you to clear obstacles, dissolve negativity and create stillness, clarity, tranquility, wisdom and clear perception. 

Step 2: EMBODY YOUR WISDOM & SET AN INTENTION  

Next, we’ll move into a meditation that allows you to override the flow of conscious thought, giving you the key to unlock and embody your innate wisdom.

You will envision and define how you want to show up in the year ahead, and then set a heartfelt intention to light the way.

Step 3: YOGA NIDRA & FAREWELL 2021  

Finally, we will close with a deep yoga nidra practice to seed your intention within the subconscious mind and powerfully refresh the body and mind.

This practice is a powerful way to wipe the slate clean on the year that has gone, realign yourself with gratitude and purpose, and step into the new year feeling rested, clear, calm and intentional.

Together, we will farewell 2021 and lay the groundwork to say hello to our highest selves in the New Year.
