What is Breathe Well?

Breathe Well is a 6-week LIVE and interactive online course with over 12 hours of theory and practice.
The course covers 10 different breathing techniques and includes printable cheatsheets to refer to in the future.


  • Discover how the way you breathe impacts your nervous system and overall wellbeing.
  • Learn about the anatomy of the breath and the two most critical parts of your body that you need to be engaging with when you breathe!
  • Learn how the breath shapes our mental and emotional experiences and how our mental and emotional experiences shape the breath.
  • Explore ways of consciously shaping the breath to create specific effects on the nervous system and the bioenergetics of the body and mind.
  • Understand how the breath can enhance and deepen your meditation and yoga practices and learn how to pair the most appropriate breathing techniques with your practices.
  • Learn ideal techniques for different times of day, as well as which techniques are helpful for a variety of circumstances, including anxious feelings, sadness, stagnation, anger, lethargy, etc.
  • Walk away with the confidence to use the breath to generate your state with more than 10 different techniques to use!
