Sometimes I do it in bed. Sometimes I do it in the bath. I’ve done it in the car. I’ve done it on the beach, in the back of a taxi, on top of a mountain, in hotel rooms, waiting rooms, or squished into a seat on an airplane. I usually do it alone, but sometimes I do it in a group, (or with a baby in my lap.) I do it at least once a day. But sometimes I do it two or three times a day. First thing in the morning is my favourite time to do it. But I also love doing it right before bedtime.
I’m talking about meditation, y’all. It’s the one non-negotiable in my daily routine. It is, without a doubt, the most powerful and essential part of building a foundation for more good days and a joyful life. When you meditate, the rest of your day is infused with the clarity and energy of elevated consciousness. You’re more clear, more focused, more present. You react less and listen more. You manifest magic.
