Forgive yourself first.

“I forgive myself”
is a revolution in 3 words. 

Self-forgiveness is a rebellion against the misery of perfectionism.
Self-forgiveness re-volves you to a new perspective and a fresh start. 
Self-forgiveness is the reclamation of your agency over your life, your power, and your freedom.

And the more readily we are able to forgive ourselves, 
the more compassion, forgiveness, and kindness we are able to extend to others. 

So start a revolution in your heart with these three words:
I forgive myself. 

For whatever you’ve done or haven’t done. 
Whatever perceived failures or shortcomings. 
However many missteps or misspoken words. 

You are always deserving of your own forgiveness. 
And self-forgiveness is always the path back to wholeness. 

This life is a practice. 
Of coming home to ourselves. 
Of forgiving ourselves. Of blessing ourselves.
Over and over again.
