About our community classes
Our Community Classes are an immersive journey into getting Heavily Meditated. A space to touch base, connect, learn and deepen your practice.
Each month, a new class is created around a particular theme and features a different combination of techniques and practices that may include a short talk, pranayama (breathwork), asana, meditation, yoga nidra, journaling and/or self-care tutorials, along with a community circle for asking questions, sharing experiences and supporting one another. These classes are open to all levels, no experience is needed and beginners are welcome.
Join live or watch replays at your convenience. You will have access to each class for 30 days.
While each monthly class works with a unique theme, the intention of every class is to balance the mind and nervous system, reconnect with your highest self, and unlock your personal power so that you can live with purpose, and tap into your full potential.
No experience necessary. All are welcome.
