You aren't stuck. Your thoughts are.

You aren’t stuck. Your thoughts are.

Repetitive negative thoughts are thoughts that are stuck in the past. They have nothing new to offer. There is no fresh wisdom. No golden instruction. No promises of future improvement.

Old stuck thoughts carry the tones of shame and sorrow. They do not sing up our soul, conjuring the best of us. They do not offer some promise of potential. They do not give us a blueprint for doing better. Old thoughts just keep us feeling stuck.

But here’s the thing: You already got the message. Probably about 5,000 times by now.

You. Got. It.

So why are you listening to the same old shit?

Here’s the invitation: if your inner DJ is stuck on repeat with some tired old track about not enough (not enough time, not enough money, not enough talent, or that you yourself are simply not good enough, couldashouldadonebetter)… PICK UP THE NEEDLE. Choose another track! Tune into the voice of change, not the voice of shame (note: they are not the same.)

Where do you want to go? Place your thoughts ahead of you. Be forward-thinking. Our thoughts are creative. They literally create our future reality. So create something new. Listen to something that makes you MOVE, not something that keeps you stuck.

Turn up the volume on the soundtrack to your soul. Come on, baby! You’ve got this one life. Let’s dance to the beat of our full potential, not our supposed shortcomings. Let’s move to the music of our magnificence. We are divine, we are literally miraculous, we are creations of the cosmos.

So let’s think like it.
